Belga Cafe / Washington DC

72-hour slow-cooked short ribs, polenta, roasted carrots, pickled vegetables, apples, Leffe xocopili sauce

Opened in 2004 in the Capitol Hill district, Belga is modeled after Brussel’s casual cafes. European casual dining along with a sidewalk cafe. Only been here once but the 72-hour slow-cooked short ribs were recommended, I will have to say those were probably the best short ribs I have ever had and I would make that my first choice when ordering, no knife needed. That makes 2 favors I owe you CR ;)
