Ingrid’s Kitchen / Oklahoma City, OK

House-Made Spaetzle

Fantastic authentic German restaurant hidden in the Oklahoma City suburbs. At the age of 15, Ingrid Quitz escaped Berlin in 1950 by crawling across the border to freedom, in 1977 she opened Ingrid’s. Everything made in house, nuessecken, streusel, weiner schnitzel, sauerbraten, bratwurst, home-made sauerkraut, you get the idea. Bakery is a must stop and the warm German Potato Salad blew me away. One of OKC best kept secrets.
