Nobuo at Teeter House / Phoenix, AZ

Sake-Steamed Clams, Nappa Cabbage, Bacon, and Tokyo Negi

Classic Izakaya (small plates Japaese pub), Nobuo is one of Phoenix’s top restaurants. James Beard Award winner Nobuo Fukuda creates the best meal I have in Phoenix and a top recommend for dinner when in town. Small plates were incredible, wish I could say in words how excellent the food was but will let the pictures do the talking. Would make reservations, and do the valet, save you the aggravation of looking for a spot.
