One of my favorite eats in DC, when you can get in there. Harvest to Table restaurant, and I do mean locally sourced food and who would know better than the people who grow it. Founding Farmers is co-op owned by the North Dakota Farmers Union. If your into it they are also lighting and water usage green and offset their carbon footprint by buying credits. In my world they make a killer Arnold Palmer and the Chocolate Mousse Bowl for 2, is really for 6.
