Late night find in L.A., open 7 days a week till 2am. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, thin crust, made with just (Molino San Felice, Naples) flour, salt, water and wild yeast. Traditionally sauce is simply crushed California tomatoes and the mozzarella is locally fresh made. 9 different cheeses, 14 proteins, and 19 vegetables to throw on top. Completed pies are baked in a wood-burning oven and cook in about one minute. Incredibly good, this may have to go to the top 5 on my pizza list.
