Root was named one of Bon Appétit’s 50 Best New Restaurants featured in Southern Living, Fodor’s Travel Intelligence, and Forbes magazine all before the first anniversary. Awesome restaurant in the warehouse district and close the the convention center. Impressive Charcuterie and Sausage menu. Loved the starter I had, Sugar Cane Roasted Beets & Beet Cured Smoked Salmon, highly recommend. Bartender doesn’t make a bad Pimm’s Cup either.
