Buratta: prosciutto, fig jam, crostini
Dinner had already been decided on a recent trip to Lexington, and Crust did not disappoint. Great 800 degree wood fire pizzeria, dough made fresh and fermented for 12hrs, they branch dry their oregano, fire roast peppers, and all breads are baked every morning in house. Not interested in pizza, the salads and appetizers are way above par. That was some of the best Buratta I have had, spread like butter, perfection. I could have walked out of there completely satisfied with just that. Bo knows Baseball, Mark P. knows a good pizza.
