Executive Chef Ori Menashe and Pastry Chef Genevieve Gergis are the husband and wife team that make up Bestia multi-regional Italian restaurant in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. Bestia means Beast in Italian and they have over 60 different forms of house-cured charcuterie along with raising their own yeast culture used to bake the breads, pizza doughs. All pastas and desserts made in house. Magnifico, is all I can say, top notch and a hard reservation to get. Luckily they are open till Midnight Friday and Saturday.
