TRADITIONAL OYSTER STEW
5 Large select oysters, flash sautéed in seasoned butter, white wine, spices, milk and fresh cream. Topped with clarified butter. Served with house made garlic crostini.
Chicken St. Charles:
crispy chicken breast over a
buttermilk biscuit, topped with poached eggs, finished with a tasso cream sauce
one-third pound premium cut angus beef, white sharp cheddar, bratwurst, apple bacon, red cabbage kraut, blonde ale mustard on a pretzel bun.
